Ice cream is a great comforter... it's like a warm hug around your waist that won't ever let you go.
A couple of pounds worth of a hug lol. Valentines chocolate came to me a day early

I'm on a diet am too. Not succeeding though.
Mostly I eat what I want and then beat myself up in exercising if I have a moment to spare.

@_@ I need to finish a few chores now before I pass out at the computer. Chores have to be done weather one is exhausted or not.

I don't have a therapist. And I've been talking to a friend of mine but he's at work... so he can't really talk right now. He gets off in 4 hours... So I'm trying to just stay on here talking to people and watching old reruns of bewitched until he gets back home.

Finished one chore... that mountain of dishes and piles of finished project debris can wait till the morning. I think sleep might help me get this done and put me in a better mood.
