how am i sexist stating the fact we don't have a law against it and that a male in my state in fact has a harder time getting a rape case brought up then a female ? =/ im a bit offended that it makes me sound a way by stating a fact when most of my friends are males so no idea how im sexist... and i only know they have a harder time due to it happening to a friend of mine.

That occurrences such as 'date rape' or rapes that occurred because drugs or alcohol were involved are no longer rapes, but just moments in a girl's life where she's SOL? ~.~

There's a reason it's PUBLIC school, so it's possible for children of all races and ages to interact with one another! But really, the laws here arent exactly all that fucked up, concidering in, say India, if a woman is raped she has no legal reason to take it to court, and if she does, she has to have 3 male witnesses to vouch for her.

How did we get on rape anyway? For all I care if your found guilty of it with evidence proving it was, infact, a rape, you should be shot on the spot. But thats me.

i get theres holes in that logic and it's probably been abused at one point or another but no law is perfect to begin with xP
