The younger boy was quiet for a moment, before he gave a nod of thanks and quietly knocked on the front door.

There was a momentary pause before the door slowly cracked open and a older gentleman poked his head out to see them. He looked between the two before pulling the door open wide enough to admit them.

"...Please come in." He offered.

Carefully Near slipped inside, pulling Mail with him and shifting uncomfortably.

"I have no idea what you're wearing." The old man shook his head as he closed the door behind them. "I wouldn't let the children see you in that."

"Nancy!" The old man called down the hall.

"...Roger does not seem surprised to see me," Near whispered, a frown crossing his features.

Roger knelt down and wrapped his arms around Near- hugging him gently.

Near tensed up a little and frowned even more, looking at Roger in confusion. "I would appreciate an explanation."

"I do, yes," Near informed, slowly. "What I want to know is why Roger is aware of this fact..."

"Is that... is that really...?" A voice came from the door way and Near turned to see Nancy standing there, a look of shock on her face and tears of joy in her eyes.

He shrugged.

"Nancy, it's him." Roger stood up and nodded. "I have no doubts...just like we remember him."
