"In her?" Mail asked. "Her name's Linda."

[Uke]

Near hummed and turned to look at the window. "...I've never flown before."

[Mint]

"Does the idea bother you?" Matt asked. "Gonna pop your cherry?"

[Uke]

"One usually uses that term in reference to acts of sexual nature," Near informed. "But I'm sure Mail knew that already."

He turned back to the older boy.

"There is no logical reason to be afraid of planes," He informed. "They are far safer then cars and if something does happen, the proper procedures will either save your life or you will die."

[Mint]

"That's very level-headed and adult of you Near." Mail smirked. "Now...how do you really feel about it?"

[Uke]

"...I'm terrified," Near admitted, his entire body tense.

[Mint]

"...I'm gonna move you." Mail said. "That means I have to touch you."

[Uke]

"I can move myself," Near informed, though he made no move to.

[Mint]

Mail smiled and reached over- scooping Near up and setting the smaller boy in his lap.

[Uke]

"I said I could do it myself!" Near snapped at him, starting to struggle in the redhead's hold.

[Mint]

"Hey, it's fine." Mail let go immediately.

[Uke]

"I said I could do it!" Near continued to insist as he climbed out of Mail's lap and moved into the seat beside him - the one farthest from the window.

[Mint]

"...I just thought it would help." Mail frowned.

[Uke]

"I said I could do it myself," Near insisted for a forth time, turning his face away.

[Mint]

"I know you can...calm down." Mail said with a frown.

[Uke]

Near curled up in the seat, wrapping his arms around his knees.

As the flight attendant came over with a drink list, he began to rock back and forth.
