can i receive and send semd money even if my paypal is not veryfied?

but it is already linked?

i cant seem to verify it..but i already send mail to the costumer service thing

Of course you can. You can select to use your credit card.

Yes as long as it has the info or you put in the info for a debit or credit card it will work. Paypal is pretty flexible.

Since this thread is still up I don't want to go make a suggestion somewhere else.

Fen, I can't see your name at all on my computer. It is invisible on my computer, I have to highlight your name in order to see it. It pretty much blend in with the forum layout. D: May I suggest that you use another color or something that we can easily read? O.o I think this is just me, I'm not sure.
