Oh, Fenris, don't worry. I honestly doubt 1000+ people will drop in when it opens, and all of them complain something is not up, and even if they do, it's OPEN BETA. Not finished site. They will be glad to see the site is developing. C: Some sites start only with staff, forums and bases at Open Beta Stage, and are still loved.

Nonono, You Did NOT fail. Just because some things don't go as you planned, it doesn't mean you failed. You would fail only if you threw your arms in air and gave up on it (and even then it's not instantly a fail, cause, for example, you could do something else instead). As long as you work on it, and will eventually get it done, you have not failed. Yes, you have not succeeded outstandingly perfectly, but there are things people just can't really affect. It's not like only you worked on that code or something, you all put tons of effort in it, and apparently, it cannot be fixed so easily. You all are human, and none of you are Linus Torvald, and I bet even for him things didn't go smoothly always.
