Well there will be color sceme changes through out time but yea we will need blue xD (red just happened to be my fav color with black) xD

change a number and boom the bar changes xD

it'll take a while to complete a quest bar maybe.. =/

maybe it's because I don't have an account and am not logged in, but I can't see her sig. :x but I think I understand what you're trying to do. you want a picture layered on top of another picture. and I unfortunately have no idea how to do that.
