I don't take vitamins cause then I'll forget and then its tthe take it with a meal and I usually don't eat much so I would have to take it alone, then I get sick and its a mess to deal with XP

I'm slightly iron deficient and so I'm supposed to take my iron pills daily or else it messes up my metabolism and everything... It just sucks all around and i haven't had them in like a week... grrrrr *helps Nikko up*

When you don't take enough iron, you're missing this 'thing' in your blood making you feel tired. I'm not sure what it's called in English.

Yeah I know. I found out about it the 5th time my mom had me tested for mono... *shudders* I freaking hate needles!!!
