I really wish that were true... But I'm not pretty, I'm not a girl anyone could fall in love with... -Clings the teddy bear and sniffles.- So many people say I'm beautiful, but they're hidden behind computer screens. I'm sure given the chance to be face to face with me, they'd not think so, and no longer want to be with me... There's just this feeling of nothingness for me...

I care too much. We all care. You will find friends and a lover who will love you and take care of you. Of course no one will ever replace your mother, and I'm sure no one can. Beauty has nothing to do with falling in love. Too many people look solely for beauty, and that's not real love. Real love is loving the person, not their looks.

I'm not saying it applies here, but, really, Misi. Everyone has their own something that makes you happy. Don't think about it right now, when you're flooded with dark and sad thoughts, or you're not going to find anything.

And, heck, I can bet you're not ugly. You may think otherwise of yourself; I think that of myself, too, but I have a friend who openly tells other people that I'm not exactly pretty or tall. She's still my best friend, even though we've been apart for three years. Beauty isn't something that only exists on the outside; if it was, then wouldn't the best people in the world be extremely pretty?

My boyfriend is 6'4", 260lbs, and chubby.
He's not what most people consider "ideal beauty", but he's handsome to me.
I don't care how big he is, he could be like me and I'd still love him all the same.
And he loves me even though I'm oddly shaped.

Don't look for someone that chases looks, they'll only end up sour.

This is my mom and I on mothers day three and a half years ago.

This is me back in August.

And that's all... I haven't taken any new pictures since my mom died...
But under those head shots is a 360lbs over weight body.
I've only dated one guy that liked me for me.
And he let his dad convince him to break up with me.
His excuse was school ... But that's not true.
He doesn't even talk to me anymore, and we've been best friends since I was a little girl.
I'm just not meant to be happy with anyone...

So you weigh more than poofy-lipped stick figures that are considered beautiful in today's world. Seriously not a big deal. I'm in love with someone who's 300-ish lbs. I have been for over 4 years. Weight has nothing to do with love. Skinny people are just as good lovers as overweight people. They are just as fun to be around. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't be in love because of your weight. <3

She eventually broke up with her boyfriend of 2 years because he chose his mother over her.
You know what happened?
Years later, she's happily married.
