Yeah.... and during the day when it's warm outside my roommates have it at like 73 degrees and it is way too hot than at night it is freezing cold!

I don't miss that. >< The first place I lived at on my own was a basement room, and they had the heat on soo high during the day and I had to have a window open, but at night, I would freeze my titties off. D:

Been there too. D: HATED IT.
What was worse is when I had my first apartment, I had a room mate, and he loved having the heat CONSTANTLY on full blast. Even in the spring/summer/fall. Figure THAT one out. Dx

Oh crap! That would suck!! Yeah right now my roommates drive me up the wall... Both of them have long distance boyfriends so every night from 10-11 pm they are on their phones talking to their boyfriends. No where in the apartment is safe... *frowns*
