I usually hate 3D movies, is it really that amazing in 3D? I saw Tangled last night in 2D and tonight in 3D and liked it better in 2D. but if Tron is one of those made-for-3D movies like Avatar was, I might see it in 3D.
Well it's not mind popping out of the screen 3D, its more the scenes were just made to be seen in 3D.

I enjoyed Tron, it was a great movie. I really didn't care for the fact that it was 3D though. The 3D effects really weren't that impressive, and I for one will be glad with this trend dies out and movies go back to normal.

I want to see the new TRON in theaters. I saw the first one and loved it, so I'm going to try and not compare them to each other too much.

As Sweet as Sin
I hadn't actually seen the old Tron until the new one starting showing commercials and inspired me to see it. I now can't wait to see the new one!

Tron is incredible.I was extremely impressed with the fighting scenes. I do agree that the 3D didn't give it that much effect but it did add to the movie a little. I was really pleased with the ending, I didn't think the girl was going to make it through as an actual person. And I still wonder, what would happen if she got hurt in the real world? Would she bleed?

For those of you who don't know, Daft Punk actually shows up in the movie. They are the 2 DJ's at the party. When you watch the movie, you will know who I'm talking about.

I watched it, and I'd say about 99% of the movie was either good or great. The ending sucked, or at least I didn't like it.

Oh, and I was really disappointed with how often you actually get to see Tron himself....

First Evil Ex-Gaian
So Tron Legacy comes out this Tuesday, I am excited!

And all these new teasers coming up for the next Tron movie, Tron: The Next Day (possible title), what do you guys think will be going on in it? Will anyone else be buying the movie on release day?

I personally liked the first tron movie. The second one was disappointing to me, but then again, most movies these days are. Sure, the graphics are cool but I thought the whole plot was cliche. The lack of tron's appearance annoyed me too. I would have rather seen a remake rather than a sequel.

I really ought to watch the original, then get Legacy. It sounds/looks so interesting but I just haven't gotten around to it. xD

Dragon of Ice
The movie was amazing. Wish I had seen it in theaters, but was better when able to watch the first movie right before watching this one. It allowed me to remember a lot of the details I forgot about it. There is always the possibility of a sequel, and have to say that my favorite scene was the light cycle fight. Like how they can choose to turn their trails on and off where they couldn't in the first.
