The servers are suffering capacity issues. The hosting plan that was purchased for trisphee didn't even hit anything near reaching the limitations. So trisphee was well prepared for the event. It's just that the host for the servers is not living up to their end of the deal.

hrm that is odd though .. a firewall maybe? i know sometimes when my anti virus program updates i have to add certain sites to the ok list cause it'll block the whole site or make it slow o.O
