I tend to keep the switch on the "don't rotate" setting. Is there a switch that'll keep it from leaning downwards?

leaning downwards? x'D...you may have a busted spring. I can only suggest that you tie a string to the top and tie it down to some other part of the fan to keep the thing up.

But the bomb was in the fan. And I had to solve a bunch of puzzles to get to it
