If the species has verbal communication skills, it should not be made a pet - that would be considered slavery.

They don't. In fact, we have to keep them separated because Imps tend to eat Pixies....

Yes. I guess they would be best classified as that, but there are different types of them that humans have given a variety of names to. It can be confusing to talk about them unless you are using an exact name a tribe gives themselves.
