Okay, I've gotta ask...what does "map hell on srb2kart" mean?

map hell on srb2kart refers to what happens when everyone picks 'random map' on the voting screen of srb2kart, which is a mod of Sonic Robo Blast 2, which is a mod of Doom, iirc.
