One star might come from a bot. They learnt how to rate threads. Even automated spammers need to expand their skills every once in a while.

It would make sense for a spam bot to do this if more topics were one stared.
But there's really no point for the rating system I find. If more topics were rated, sure. But even then, the stars don't explain what the rating is for. How on topic the board is?

Shrugs. I have no idea what it means tbh, but it's a neat feature. Coda's probably going to remove it at *some* point.

It sounded like the feature is far too intertwined with a bunch of other features. It does not sound like a simple solution. Or at the least, not something worth the time and effort to remove.
