Stop being so rough! XD
I haven't actually done enough sewing to have done much seam ripping yet. But eventually, I'll know that pain.

Tattooed & foul-mouthed
I like to get my thread snips in between the fabric pieces and carefully cut threads. Though there are times when using the seam ripper is more satisfying.
I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

I do both versions, depends on how stretchy the fabric and how tight the thread is. Actually ripped a small cut (less than an inch) into the seam of my LARP costume when using a seam ripper, but I suspect the garment will be up to a lot more wear and tear during the next years anyway.

Used my cricut to make a two color decal that I slapped on my mom's yarn organizer case thingy xD

Also used it to cut out a unicorn shape to use to block paint in a fluid painting so I could get two pours layered and it turned out neat!

Also made a mandala shirt with heat transfer vinyl!

Is that heat transfer thing holographic? o.o
We only have single color heat transfer vinyl with no special effects whatsoever in our local fab lab. *is a little jealous*

Cool idea with the unicorn and double pour!

I think that one is just rainbow striped, not holo (I can't tell for sure though). Although I have seen holo, it's mostly just the vinyl and not the iron-on ones.

Yeah, my first thought was rainbow striped, but the sun does reflect in a certain way that makes me think it's at least glitter effect or something similar.

Definitely some form of glitter/shimmer, but I don't see any rainbows in the visible shimmer that would be indicative of holo. So it's most likely just a rainbow striped glitter one.

It's rainbow stripes with a glitter effect that the seller calls holographic but totally is not. xD I also have some foil metallic htv but still not holo. ; n; I need to find some that at least has a color shift even if it's not quite holo. -determined face-

That's a near cloak! I haven't made anything to match the theme since scarves are not my forte, and I have been having a busy month.

...which reminds me we don't even have a theme for October. Any suggestions? I was thinking along the lines of "Day of the Dead" with its colorful/flowery themes and sugar skulls, since we already had horror last year. But of course we can also repeat spooky stuff, or do something else entirely.

I actually managed to get the tent half-arse done for the weekend.

I need to make a cloak. Like a nice one that actually keeps me warm. It's been cold as heck already.

Any word on October's theme? I missed September, but I'm gonna try. Oops, nevermind, just read the post talking about that.
