It looks like bacon strips but it's turkey and it frys up but it's healthier because no grease I like both it and the real stuff ..... Gizzie is a fatty

There's some vegan bacon made primarily from wheat gluten. Also, I've seen vegan calamari. Seemed to be rather niche.
