See for me, it depends on the body pillow.
The one I don't like is tomoe from kamisama kiss, and has a side where he is on a bed trying to look seductive. (I don't like it because its tomoe, but sexy tomoe disgusts me more)
The 2 I like are kaneki from Tokyo ghoul and Victor from Yuri on ice. Both have a side that just have the anime name and their face, and then a full body. Kaneki's body is him in his revelead white hair badass ghoul form, while victor has the outfit from the beginning skate scene.

The one's I don't care for are the almost or all nude posed in fuckable positions. I feel they went a bit to far with that myself.

I'm not sure who those characters are aside from Victor, I'm not a huge anime person. ;u; Vaguely heard of Kaneki. :o

And the two (I'm still calling claim over the one roomie took, fuck 'em) just have a half body of the character lookin' cool on one side and nothing on the other. I'm with you on the naked thing. It's just awkward. Especially since I've seen those kinds of things for characters that should NOT have one. D:

I would get one myself but I have no room for it. ;_; But I would love to get one of Mink from Dramatical Murder or Makoto from Free. eue" I do have a normal-sized pillowcase of Makoto on one of my pillows, so that's something. xD
