3, rather than one, two, three--doesn't count towards the actual amount. In addition to this, multiples of one thousand should be considered multiples of one.

(It's a lot easier for people with extra items to give you stuff if you mention what sort of stuff you're interested in. Also, you can check out the item guide if you want, but it can be a bit... overwhelming?)
