This time of year, I HAVE to wear scarves when I go out and it's below 45F. My neck WILL spasm otherwise (I have an old whiplash injury from a car accident I was in 12 years ago), and then I will be in severe pain with limited mobility. It's not fun, and I have to go to the chiropractor, when I'm already in pain, and get my back and neck adjusted. It's just easier to wear scarves and keep my hair down.
I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

Yeah, I have cold urticaria, which means my skin is basically allergic to the cold. Sometimes it kicks in, sometimes it doesn't. Never happened before I went to Pittsburgh for college, but once it did start, I could get itchy raised patches on my skin just from working out (and hence being sweaty aka wet) in 50F.
It. Kinda. Really. Blows. It's even worse for me, considering my usual wardrobe preferences (aka t-shirt in the snow). I've taken to armwarmers and gloves not just as a fashion statement, but also to not have my fingers painfully immobile the second I walk into a warm building on a cold winter day. I very likely have Reynauld's Syndrome. I know for a fact that I have a lower body temperature than average (97.7 on a normal-for-me day), and since 2008, I've been prone to being colder than other people, even on warm days, and can distinctly remember a vacation trip where I was in triple digit weather, and my hands were ice cold.
I use She/Her and They/Them pronouns.

My mom and roommate are also around 97.7, but my average is around 99.2.

I remember when I was a kid, the temp outside could have been like 20c, and I'd be wearing a sweater and jeans saying it's cold LOL
which is funny, because to an extent, I'm still like that, unless it's 25c, then I start to overheat way too easily. Indoors has to be at a very specific temp or else I'm a ball of ice, tip of nose, hands, and feet all colder than the rest of me.

I don't have a condition, I just run hot. While everyone else is putting on jackets I'm sweating. I can warm up our bedroom by a couple degrees just by being in it (small space lol)

You'll always feel it, but can never see it. It's strong but shatters easily. You can give it away but never hold it. What is it? Pm me the answer, no cheating please!

I overheat easily, too. it sucks. and one of my meds exacerbates it, so I have to really watch my fluid intakes and whatnot.

Gotta be careful with dehydration! That can cause a lot of other problems too

I have to be sure to wear weather-appropriate clothing. I have had panic/anxiety attacks before from getting overheated.

I'm not too bothered with cold but I am bothered with heat. I assume part of that is genetics (British/Nordic + living in Canada) but also I'm a little person so my body temperature tends to shift rather quickly. It's easy enough to re-warm but annoyingly difficult to cool down. I used to walk to work at a coffee shop in -20 weather wearing long underwear, and within five minutes of getting there I'd have to change out of them or run into the freezer from time to time from overheating.
I get dizzy, headachy, and flat out non-functional. I avoid driving if it's hot since I got heat sick in my car and was down for a day and a half recovering. It doesn't help that I detest shorts and the like. But art thread! I actually finished a painting today, or as much as I'm going to do with actual paint. I probably should have been finished a few layers ago but I've been annoyed with it not being *quite* right and have been tweaking since. I think I'll make any additional adjustments I feel compelled to make with ink or pencil.

Painting is my go-to now. I look at my sketch book but I rarely do much with pencil or pen. My acrylic paints dollar store variety so I can spam stuff without too much worry about wasting.
I find I'm less particular than I used to be. I'm more likely to just buy the closest colour to what I want rather than mix paints, unless it's something I can do with minimal effort. Except for purple. I cannot, for the life of me, mix a good purple. I should get my tablet out again and try some more scribbles.
