During the winter event the special currency was snowflakes, and close to the end a giant bucket appeared where users could dump their extra snow (here is the official announcement)

Neat. About how many of those would you say a body would need for a full outfit?

Define full. Comes with a scarf, embellishments, hair, a face mask, and a loin cloth if you're only counting the things that cover the body. There's a lot of random hair things or background items though
