I just remembered why stencils are evil. I have to somehow cut the black out without losing the white piece in the middle of it, or find a way to make it hover while applying the paint.

Perhaps I should consider doing some line art instead.

Normally I'd suggest low tack tape, but since your canvas is tissue...

Yeah, that's an issue. I've actually decided to use the stencil as a cut out, paint it over, and then glue it on as I did the tissue. I'll test it first because of the risk of spreading the paint once the wet glue gets on top. I want to keep a sharp edge.

And so far I'm looking at a light house image for failure to find a suitable sailboat.

Going to visit my sister and the nephews today. I'm bringing some Finding Dory colouring sheets to amuse ourselves with. No, I totally did not originally buy them for myself. ;). Just for fun I might see if I can find some David Bowie lineart for the oldest kid. He's his hero.

woohoo!!!! i finally got all 19 avis drawn, outlined, and scanned in. i should have them photoshop-done by sunday ^__^

just a tease of 2 pages, from left to right, top to bottom: glitch (accidentally at an angle), galla, den, and death by mirrors. and the second pic is pessimisticat, potironette (old avi), batty, and tam n me keep in mind, i've still got to redraw them and color and fix lines...but it's a step closer! xD

I went to a comedy show last night and left the stream running XD total thanks to tiva for stopping in.
Hopeing to finish that picture today and get one more avi done this weekend. . . .
