Of liking/not liking sleep?
Come to think of it though, sometimes when I go to sleep I wonder if I'm going to wake up the next day. When I was much younger I'd wake up at 2/3/4 am and annoy my mom with "Mom, I'm scared of dying" x'D. I think that's part of the reason sleep feels inconvenient. ![]() | ||||

This. And certain medications for mental health issues can exacerbate the problem.

I think I tend to be a naturally tense individual, and think a lot, so those moments when I'm falling asleep and in bed in the morning are the moments I tend to be more relaxed. Until my anxiety at the hour gets me up, that is.
