He's 10. I can't imagine having a kid old enough to drive. @.@ And the thought of my son in particular driving TERRIFIES me and while I don't want him to grow up too fast I hope he grows up sufficiently before he starts asking for his learner's permit.

^^this is the age of my older daughter! her driving terrified me too, so... yeah. she'll be 20 at the end of august... i don't feel old enough to have an almost-20-year-old!!

I haven't been in my 20s for half a decade now.

I'm not exactly sad about that, but it feels weird to think I'm that old. I still mentally think of myself as someone that hasn't been out of college that long.

i honestly find that a little weird, coda. but like ?? i acknowledge that i'm on the weird side of this ??

i guess to clarify for anyone that isn't aware of how weird i am, my life long dream since i was a child (like 8 years old?) has just been to hit 40 years old. so i have this weird thing where each year that passes, i feel closer to who i'm supposed to be rather than getting that "omg i'm getting old!!!" feeling that literally everyone else i know ever gets.

i'm still like 15 or something like that years off of where i wanna be.

i am forever feeling older than i am, lol. i legit pulled out an age calculator to make sure i was correct in how old i am and surprise i thought i was a year older than i actually am, so. good thing i checked i guess.

i've always said you're only as old or young as you feel. most days i still feel like college wasn't really all that long ago (kinda like Coda)... but some days i do feel old. XD
