I have been sleeping really crappily recently. I usually knock out right away, but I was tossing and turning for at least an hour. And on top of that I kept waking up every 5 minutes because I was thirsty.

Thanks Mdom! Kind of had a bad experience after work yesterday. Hugs were needed.
But am trying to let it go and move on now.
