It's a show about a dysfunctional family. The father is a drunk and his kids are left to fend for themselves. There's a lot of sex and nudity, drugs, and violence, along with plenty of humor. I highly recommend it.

And eh. Based on "a lot of sex, nudity, drugs, and violence" I'll pass. I don't mind mild amounts of those things depending on the actual plot of the show, but a lot is too much.

Yes, there's the UK version and the US version. The US version is based off of the UK version :)
