Hey Glitch! not that you asked (tehee) but I am watching the news and posting I had a great day went to lunch with friends (Subway) and Barnes and Noble by myself and got lots of good stuff. My friend was happy I bought his $30 gift card to B&N that he didn't want.

I've read a lot of Philip K. Dick and it is not easy reading. He was a fan of LSD and he would write such weird shit, I liked Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, because I liked Blade Runner and it was based on it, but it was completely different from the movie.

Do you read a lot of syfy? I read some. The Book of Strange New Things which I just bought is syfy. For awhile there a lot of his short stories were being made into movies. That was mostly in the 80's and 90's (like Total Recall, Paycheck, etc.

I enjoy it every now and then. I also like historicalish fantasy and I read a lot of based on real life stories

I did read We Can Remember It For You Wholesale - but I've never seen Total Recall to compare

OMG I disappeared cause I had a major fail on my iTunes and syncing it to my iPhone. Never does work right :P

Anyway, I have a book of short stories by Dick and a lot of them were made into movies. Remember A Scanner Darkly? they made it into a movie and it was a hot mess. I should really read the book. And The Man in the High Castle: I read that book, but have not seen the TV show.

i've read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? and i love Blade Runner. i've also read The Man in the High Castle, and have seen S1 of the show, it's pretty good. i've seen Total Recall; and i've probably seen other movies based on PKD's works, but i've only read those two.

currently reading: The Neverending Story by Michael Ende with Ralph Manheim (#9)

Trystan: that Blade Runner movie is amazing right?
I have Amazon Prime I should watch The Man in the High Castle.

I watched a good movie on there: Coherence, it was pretty good, and I am in the middle of watching season 1 of Humans, on Amazon prime.
