I think they'd taste very..I don't know. Actually this guy ate capybara:http://living-by-chance.blogspot.com...-capybara.html. (S)he said it was fatty and rather disgusting.

On the other hand, people here: http://www.nytimes.com/2007/03/21/wo.../21rodent.html say it's "delicious" like "pork"

Well, that's true D:
I suppose there's nothing wrong with it if they don't own dogs themselves. But from the viewpoint of someone who likes dogs, it's rather like human cannibalism. Even if it's tasty it's not something I'd try.
