Hey I support anyone who wears makeup and anyone who chooses not to. :) People make things into a competition and its really not.
But personally I think guys who wear makeup are super beautiful. And I'm jealous of them for being more talented than me.

I also just personally love makeup and its a hobby. My face is my canvas. And im an artist. Haha.

Used costume makeup to make parts of my face purple for a cosplay on a few occasions. :)

I didn't say it was scary spooky, but scary omg that's a terrible makeup job. cause it is. xD i stuck dots on my face to save the murder of the blue eyeshadow.

Also blue eye-shadow reminds me of middleschool
Just blend a darker color outwards and pack in the blue you want.
It's easy to make it look good just get the right tools and learn to blend blend blend :)
