Hand harvested and winnowed wild black mustard seeds and fresh raw honey give this spicy hot mustard a wonderful flavour. The mustard grows like crazy in the fields where the bees collect their pollen for their honey which incidentally makes it's way into the mustard. This mustard is very strong. only a little bit is needed. The mustard seeds are very hard to collect in great quantity by hand so this product is super limited.
