My old LG Optimus Dynamic II's default media player had the ability to show lyrics IF the lyrics were embedded into the song via MP3Tag or similar programs. All I had to do was tab where the album art is suppose to be and poof, lyrics!

My new phone is a Blu Life XL (large mofo of a phone >->,)

it's default app does not seem to even have a Settings option to see if I have the ability to even TURN ON lyrics! And none of the apps that I have tried have worked so far.

Anyone know of an app that works in a similar manner? o3o

I used to use TTPod; I think it supports what you're looking for.

Google play has a 'Stop TTPod' but thats a VPN thing. The one you used musta been taken down. =(

I don't think it was, because I can still see it in Google Play's list of apps I used to have installed but don't anymore.

A search for TTPod doesn't come up with it in the Play Store, oddly, but a Google search can find it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...id.ttpod&hl=en

But the comments on the 9.0 update indicate that it's no longer useful for you -- the lyrics function and the English translation (it's a Chinese app by default) were removed. :/ You could try sideloading 8.3.2 maybe?

I found a app on that android dev site.. Pimp My Music.. but i have to pay for it so I don't know if it actually does what I'm looking for. I don't wanna buy it and find out it's not what I want ><

it LOOKS like it does, but so did some of the other apps i checked out x.x

Tried Musixmatch last night, it didn't change to the song 'i' wanted. it kept the 'test it out using this song' lyrics up instead.
Tried AlSong too, it didn't seem to want to work
