I just need to build up my stamina lol but im hopeing i will be able to be like that to eventually but im just going to do it step by step -nods-

me and my co workers are starting a competition lol to get everyone motivated. i already motivated but it sounds like fun! each week we are outting in 5 bucks in a jar[three of us] and at the end of every month we do this we are going to do a weight in and whoever lost the most gets the jar full of money lol

And yes. Start slow, otherwise you can wind up doing what I've done way too often, which is pushing myself too hard then hurting myself and being a couch potato for several weeks. Not good for consistency. XD

Don't eat jerky that often, but the kind I do is usually dehydrated and quite tasty.

honeynut cherrios with almond milk and almond butter on a english muffin.....was suppose to be my breakfast but i didn't feel like cooking XD
