The alphas looked at each other as Roselle asked the question. They began to relax since they did forget about the vampires were there to help. Arden stood up to address her. "Have them far away to to where you will still be able to call for them when needed. We were discussing that if he smelled too many of us there, it might tip him off that we are going to ambush him so we were debating whether or not to bring our betas with us. But I think with us and you and your clan, that will be sufficient since we do have other enemies to worry about and if we have our betas with us, it would leave our packs too vulnerable." He explained to the two.

Yeah. Ok. I just hope he doesn't do something stupid. And I also wish that I could be human! This is irritating. She then realized the one flaw in their plan. How will I speak to him? We haven't done the bite thing for us to communicate through a mind link? If Micah comes when we both bite each other, he might get the wrong idea, if he's biting me to do the mind link that is.

"Alright, I'll let them know what's going on. Any particular location you want them to wait at until I signal them?" When she had seen Fye again she once more began to fidget in nervousness over the fact a mother to be was putting herself in danger.

I'm more concerned about whether or not I can keep myself under control when he does that. I've already lost my temper a few times because of the change, Gabriel doing that to you might set me off. I just hope I don't screw everything up, but I'll try to keep control.

"It's starting to get late, have we determined where we're going to set this all up, or let him come to us?"

Faye looked over at Roselle and saw that she was fidgety. She let out a sigh. She walked over to her and placed a paw on her leg to let her know that she was alright with what they were planning.
Well, just try to control yourself, please. She begged she didn't want to ruin their chances of getting him.

Arden cleared his throat. "Well, we are going to set this up and Faye will be wandering around until she sees Gabriel, make sure he sees you though, and then he should chance her. If he chases her, then she would lead him to where we are set up." He suggested. "And you should be close by Issac, he probably would know that you would never leave her side." He told him.

"What's this I hear about you wanting to set me up?" The door busted down as Gabriel entered. He was alone and looked just as soulless as before.

Everyone jumped up, Faye snuck over to Isaac to be by his side. She wanted to fight but being pregnant made her scared to.

Jumping up, Isaac puts his arm up as a gesture of protection, having not sensed that Gabriel was there, like everyone else seemingly hasn't. Roselle gets behind the Alphas, realizing her vampires must not have tried to act him thinking he was one of the other wolves for the meeting. As indiscreetly as possible she tries to draw Gabriel, hoping he wouldn't catch on to what she was doing.

"Gabriel, please stop this, no one wants to fight anymore. All you're doing is causing suffering for others like you did. Yes, there are some vampires that are heartless monsters that treat others like vermin, but no one wants another war to break out. Do you want more suffering because of the loss of a mate? You know how that feels, and you're still suffering from it."

He's hoping that the mentioning of his mate and the suffering it caused would make him pause long enough for Roselle to draw him. It was a slim chance, but a chance none the less.

Gabriel just stared at Isaac. "I don't care what anyone wants. And do not talk about something you're clueless about. If you were smart, you would keep your mouth shut. I'm surprised both the werewolves and vampires would want to work with a hybrid like you two. A mix between vampire and werewolf. You two are the worst." He stared at Roselle with his head cocked to the side as he watched her draw. "You like to draw do you?" He started to rush towards Roselle but Faye moved out from behind Isaac to stop him. Gabriel glared at her before grabbing her by her throat, digging his claws into her neck. "Do not touch me you vermin!" He flung her across the room. Her only thought was the baby within her but when she began to see a bright light surrounding the place, not realizing that she was the only one who could see them, she was surprised. They began to form into people and not just anyone, it was Elizabeth and her children, even her unborn baby and her husband Lucien. She perked her ears up.

"You're going to be a mother Faye! How exciting for you and Isaac! I wish we were still there for you. But please, do not blame yourself for our death, and let Isaac know that also. The only one to blame is Gabriel." Elizabeth petted Faye along with the children. In her other arm was her baby. "We will help you, we will keep him here for as long as we can. He needs to pay for his crimes." Lucien stated. The family walked towards Gabriel as he was making his way towards Roselle but the family stopped him in his tracks. She felt this power within her, she walked over to Gabriel and slashed his face for what he did. She knew the baby was alright but still, what if she had died?! But she didn't stop with just that. Rage began to consume her as she growled and then clamped her jaws tightly down on his throat. She felt something in his neck snap but she continued to press down hard and harder. Gabriel chuckled as blood began to come out of his mouth. "You want to inherit the darkness? Then so be it!" He chuckled wickedly. She continued to bite down until his bones cracked and the life began to flee his body. Her eyes were red. Once the life left his body, the family waved bye and left also. But there was a heavy darkness that began to surround her until it took her shape and entered her body. She let go of Gabriel and passed out.

Arden looked at Isaac. "Get out of here now!" He demanded. Alice stared at the other alphas who were upset and very angry since they knew what happened, or at least that Isaac and Faye were also vampires. Alice and Arden had a terrified look on their faces, Alice more so than Arden but still. "I will escort them out of our pack." Alice told them. It was an excuse to go with them.

Roselle quickly backs away, smearing her ink across the paper in the process, swearing at her clumsiness. Then is surprised as Faye jumps to her defense.

"No! Faye!" But it was too late, Gabriel had already grabbed her and thrown her across the room. As he gets ready to lunge at Gabriel he notices that he's stopped, watching in confusion as he doesn't move as Faye rushes over and kills him. He gets the feeling something happened that he couldn't see, just not sure what as she grabs Faye up in his arms. "Hang in there my love, I'm here." When Arden yells at him to leave, Isaac looks up to look at the faces of the alphas, seeing their anger, he can't help but feel a pain in his heart. Carrying Faye in his arms he leaves, not saying a word to anyone and not looking at anyone. The vampires outside had heard what was said, sneering and hissing at him as he left and headed back to his home.

Roselle watches as they leave, followed by Alice, who can only shake her head at their reaction to him. "That man hasn't done anything to deserve your anger, the fact that he's tolerated so much is amazing in and of itself. I know not his real name, but I know Lilith sired him, tormenting him to the point of loathing vampires and killing her. He hates vampire so much that he even almost slaughtered all the vampires in one of our feeding houses in a fit of rage when he saw how the humans were being treated by some of the vampires of my clan. Something I plan to rectify, but what about you alphas? You're treating him no better than the rest of my kind. He has no one to turn to but his mate, Faye. He took humans into his home because he was lonely and protected them as best he could. He's very accepting of others, and almost never drinks animal blood, just animal blood. I've watched him when he was still a vampire, he only recently became what you saw before you. And if my suspicions are correct, at his full strength vampires and werewolves working together wouldn't be able to kill them, since they are an Adam and an Eve, the parents of a race. But since they are only a pair, they are basically going to be like gods compared to the rest of us. Makes me wonder if the Night Lord and the Moon Lady planned all of this." Looking out the window she looks up at the moon. "Maybe this is the key to ending the hostility between the races? A third party that is neutral to both sides? And those wanting to protect others seems to be part of their nature as well. Maybe they are to be the new guardians to watch over all the races, like the ancient gods who faded away as people stopped believing in them." She turns back to the alphas, expecting them to be angry with her as well.

Alice placed a hand on Isaac. "She will be ok. Though, I wonder what happened. But, just so you know, Arden isn't upset with you or Faye despite him yelling. He has to put on an act and thought that it was best that he pretended dumb on your situation. Right now, I don't know what will happen. He's powerful, but that power can be taken away especially with something as scandalous as this. If you need us, just let us know ok?" She gave Isaac a hopeful smile. "If I didn't know better, I think Gabriel wanted them to know knowing that his time was up. If he couldn't kill you or Faye, then the alphas would. or even those vampires, they didn't seem too happy about what they heard. But I wonder who tipped off Gabriel. How did he know to come there?" She sighed. She had her suspicions that it was the alpha who was causing trouble but she didn't want to throw around blame if it wasn't actually true.

Just as she suspected, the other alphas were highly angry. "We don't need something like that here! You stay in your world, we stay in ours. That's how it's been since the war and that's how it will be. As so long as we uphold the treaty, then all will be fine. We don't need something like him or whatever that creature was he calls a mate to exist! They should be exterminated." Lark said with a temper flaring.

It was only Seraphim who only looked shocked, she didn't look angry about the situation, maybe because she knew how it felt to be an outcast among a group of alphas consisting of men. She knew her strength so she wasn't questioning it. She had a right to be here but yet, despite how some acted, she knew that they would feel better if she was a man. Though her situation was different, she was a full werewolf, like how it should be. "I agree with you Roselle. They seem very caring and more loving and accepting than most in this room. Faye even took down Gabriel, something that I highly doubt all of us combined couldn't do without help from the vampires, hence why they are here. They can be a great ally against rogues, against many other enemies who threaten us. But I think it's more likely that you all are afraid of what they are and afraid of their strengths. That's why you're upset, not because of what they are. I mean, that's part of it but you fear their power I bet. If you fear it, why not have them as a friend inside of an enemy?" She stated. She stood by what Roselle said. "I think they will help us bridge the gap between us and unite us all as one to help with our survival. The treaty was made only for the fact that if we kept fighting, it would put our existence at risk for the humans to find out."

The alphas just sneered and got up. "This isn't over Alpha Arden. We will see you soon." With that, they didn't want to hear another word and left. Their speech did little to nothing to settle their anger.

"I know Alice, I'm not upset about Arden, I know he has to try and keep his cover. I don't know them, but the others reacting like that still hurts." He didn't mind her trying to comfort him, but it wouldn't change how others feel about them, "Yes, I'm wondering about that too. Along with how he took an interesting in Roselle drawing. That's not an ability a vampire would share unless they thought there was a need to. I suspect that even most of those in her clan don't know about that power."

Sighing and shaking her head, she looks at the alphas with pity in her eyes, "Last I checked all the races live in the same world, and will eventually cross paths. Its something inevitable and how the world was made. Hiding in your territories won't stop the rest of the world from changing and evolving, and will just leave you lost and confused." She shakes her head again, but then looks up in surprise, a wide grin spreading across her face as she bounces around giddily. Roselle walks over to Seraphim, as happy as a child in the candy store.

"I think you and me will be great friends, you understand where I'm going with all of this. Even I fear the power those two possess, since I've seen it first hand before he became one of both races. Though if Isaac was a vampire at one time, I wonder how Faye came to be what she is? She was already of both race before Isaac was. Oh! I should give you this dress back..." She looks down at it, still thinking it was very pretty and a bit reluctant to take it off. It might not be has fancy as her other dresses, but having a simple, but pretty dress reminded her of how things used to be in her family, and the love they had for her while she was still human. Finally, she takes it off and holds it out to Seraphim.

"If you're in town ask around for me, I have a shop that I run where I work on my commissions. I can treat you to some tea and food, though I hope it won't taste too bad, its not like I can really taste anything except for things like raw steak."

"I know you're not but I just felt the need to explain to you just in case. Though honestly I don't think it helped any. Just ignore them. They acted like that because they fear you. They are a bunch of old timers, even Arden but Arden was once human and I guess...I don't know, he's just more accepting of things since he knows that a person can't help what they turn into and knowing your plight...I think he knows more than anyone what it's like to have something happen that's not in your control. And, we are to blame since it was our son who did this to her." She explained. Alice petted Faye's head. "For now, I think you should just worry about her. I can't help but get a sense of dread and doom. And be weary, there might be people who try to attack you now that others know about what you two are."

Seraphim stared at the dress as Roselle held it out to her but she refused it. "Keep it. You seem to really like it and who knows, maybe you will need the scent on it, if it stays for a while." She told her. "They are afraid of change and I think what we said scared them more than anything. The humans will expand more into our territory. I already lost a quarter of mine to them. When we revolted, hunters were sent out and then the real, professional hunters were asked to come in when they couldn't get rid of us. I wanted my territory back and I thought if we scared them, they would leave but that didn't happen. After that incident, I have lost even more. There have been fights that broke out over territory. We create allies not only to help with our defenses but also because we are allowed to roam on each others land to help with the loss of territory. It's getting really bad. Even rogues are coming together so that they can fight us off but they are few in number and really no need to worry about them. Plus, a lot have adapted into normal human life. I think that really scares them also." She rubbed her head and sighed.

"Its sounds lovely. I will check it out when I am in town." She told Roselle. A part of her felt like she found a kindred spirit in Roselle. "And I think we will most definitely be needing your services. I think everyone here knows that there was something that went on that we couldn't see and that added to the drama." She explained.

Arden cleared his throat. "It's nice that the two of you are becoming friends but you may be excused. And please do not tell others about those two. I feel it best we keep that a secret."

Blushing a bit, and smiling happily, Roselle keeps the dress. Glad she's gotten a new friend, she nods in understanding for what was said. When Arden addresses them, she can't help but giggle.

"I haven't told my clan that it was him that attacked where we feed, I highly doubt I'd be telling them about him. But I'll drill it into the ones out there that they are not to tell a soul. Or else I can make their life a living hell." She smiles sweetly at them, her eyes devious, "Women tend to lead clans because they plan things better while the men tend to rush things, or at least with us vampires."

"Granted, it is partially your son's fault because of him biting Faye, but I've had a strange bond with Faye ever since I met her. I believe that eventually something like this would have happened, and it could have been possible that even if your son hadn't bitten her someone else might have." Finally they reach his house, Isaac taking her down into the basement and into their bedroom, laying her on the bed.

"Sadly, the same cannot be said about us werewolves. The men view us women as something to come home to, to do as they please and to raise their children. I have heard that humans have the same view but for different reasons. They are afraid that us women are becoming stronger and they do not like that I am a female in a position of power. But as so long as my pack supports me and I have Alpha Arden's support, they do not matter. Besides, they have to help me out if I ever need their help anyway since that's what we agreed to." She shrugged. She could really tell that this vampire was happy to have a friend in her, even if they were suppose to be enemies because of what they were but, she just couldn't help but like the little bloodsucker.

"Since the two of you want to talk, will you please move the body out of here?" Arden requested. "I have other matters that need to be attended to. And Roselle, I think we will most definitely need your services again. I get that bad feeling that something's going to happen."

Alice crossed her arms over her chest. "Well, I guess it's better he did it than Gabriel." She said. She looked at Faye who laid unmoving in Isaac's arms. "I hope she will be alright. If you need us, just use the mind link now." She placed a hand on his shoulder and gave him a sad smile before taking off after they reached his house.

Micah was in the basement, his eyes were red as he paced around. He looked like he was crying. When he heard someone coming down, he was preparing to attack until he saw Isaac with Faye. He got angry. "So she is dead?! Y-you let her die didn't you?! You didn't even attempt to save her!" He yelled. He was rushing over towards Isaac to punch him and hopefully kill him until he noticed her stomach moving up and down. He was confused now. "What? S-she's not dead? Isaac, what's going on? Why did Gabriel tell me that my sister was dead?" He asked curiously as he looked at his sister. Of course Isaac wouldn't know the true answer to that, only Gabriel did but, h just wanted answers.

"Ops! Sorry about holding things up, I can grab the feet, his blood smells pretty bad. I wonder if its because he's lost his soul?" She lifts him by the ankles effortlessly, waiting for someone to grab the other end. "Actually, the men of our race used to do the same thing until the women challenged them to duels and beat them most of the time because they thought things out. That's when they realized how much better it was to have woman in charge. And of course it also makes it easier to protect a woman if she's pregnant if she's a leader, the men will come to their defense no matter what, even if they are not together." When she hears Arden mention about something bad going to happen her eyes narrow, "Something happened to Faye during that fight. What I'm not certain, but something was going on that we didn't see. There's no other explanation as to how Gabriel seemed to stop in his attacks out of the blue like that."

Isaac turns around when Micah becomes hostile with him, not being able to get a word in edgewise. "Calm down so that I can at least answer your questions! Gabriel attacked us suddenly at the meeting, someone had leaked information about where the meeting was. We suspect it was one of the alphas that was not pleased with working with women and a vampire on top of that. Gabriel went to attack the vampire, apparently having been tipped off as to what her powers are, and Faye jumped to her defense. I couldn't stop her in time to prevent him from throwing her against the wall...but after that...I don't know how else to explain it but something held Gabriel and gave Faye the strength to kill him...for good. But he said something about darkness as she killed him, and she passed out afterwards. He must have done something as he died, but I don't know what to be honest."

Going back over to Faye he pets her along her back, occasionally scratching her behind her ears. He fidgets nervously, then turns back to Micah, "And please don't kill me, but Faye won't be able to turn back into a humanoid form for a while. She is....um...pregnant." His face turns beat red as he tells Micah this, he doesn't want to try keeping it a secret because he'd have to tell him when it becomes day anyways.

She shrugged. "Maybe. I kinda feel sorry for him, loosing a mate, it's a very big deal. Mates are suppose to die together because the pain is too much if they lived on without them. It's possible but rare." Seraphim explained to her. She listened more about what Roselle said which made her smile a bit. "Well, that's kinda how alpha's are formed. Granted, sometimes it's because your parents are the leaders but if someone challenges an alpha and win, then they become the new alpha. If they are really horrible, they can take the mate of the alpha for themselves. The love won't be there but it used to happen long ago. And only the luna and Alpha could mate in the pack to create strong offspring, but that is also very rare. A lot of things our ancestors did, we don't really do anymore. We were still in our primal state of mind, we evolve into thinking like we do now after quite some time." She explained to her. The difference between then and now were vastly different. They were much more civilized now than before. She grabbed the man's arms and Arden took the head and also helped carry the body.
"Yeah, so for right now, I think it's best we all keep in contact though the other alphas, I don't expect them to help her. And the fact that they aren't in my pack, I can't really force them either." He rubbed his head.

Micah just looked at his sister feeling so much relief that she was alright. It bugged him that Gabriel said that but of course he's a known liar. He rubbed his head as he listened to Isaac. "M-my sister is...she's pregnant? And yet she's being so reckless in doing that!" He was getting pissed and knew it wasn't Isaac's fault, except for the fact that he got her sister pregnant. "I'm not going to kill you. I may not like you, but I know what it's like to be without parents. And Faye would never forgive me if I did anything to you. Obviously my sister loves you and there's nothing I can do about it. Just take good care of her. Please." He pleaded with him. He walked over to Faye and began to pet her.

"I can check in on them tomorrow, see how Faye's doing. I'm worried, I think Gabriel might have done something to her and I want to find out what." She finishes with helping to get rid of Gabriel, then yawns tiredly. "Ugh, I'm so tired, I'm going to have to head back and drink some blood. I'll see you guys some other time!" With that she returns to her vampires that came with her, then left with them.

Isaac sighs in relief, but smiles happily, "I've always wanted to have a family again, after my parents and sister were killed. I promise I'll do everything within my power to protect her, and the baby." Tiredly, he lays down on the bed next to Faye, snuggling up against her back. He bites down a yelp of agony as he shifts again, its not as bad as the first time, but it still hurt.

If you're hungry go kill some dear or other wild animals, try to stay away from the humans. Its hard t control oneself if the thirst has you near humans. Having had some food earlier he wasn't really hungry, so instead he rests next to Faye, keeping an eye on him.

Micah just rolled his eyes at Isaac. "I don't trust your words. If you want to prove to me you will do as you say, then you need to show it." He stated. He then looked at his sister with tender and caring eyes. "I will later." He told Isaac, he wasn't in the moo to go out and feed even if he was getting thirsty.
Faye yawned and moved closer to Isaac until she finally woke up from Isaac's groaning. H-hmm? I-Isaac? W-what happened? She asked as she blinked her eyes open. She yawned. W-wait! W-we have to go, we can't stay here Isaac, we have to get Gabriel! W-we can't be here right now! She yelled at him. Faye still thought that they had to go to the meeting, she had no memory of it.

Sighing mentally to himself, Isaac wonders if Micah will ever be at least on good terms with him, but pushes that to the back of his mind as he comforts Faye. It's alright my love, you might not remember but you killed him. He did something to you as you killed him, but I don't know what it was. All I know is that it made you pass out. And before that, after he threw you against the wall, something happened that caused him to stop moving, but I don't know what it was either. However, Gabriel revealed to the others what we were, so I had to leave with you immediately. All but Seraphim was very angry of the alphas we met tonight. Alice suspects that now with this something might happen, so they will do what they can to help us. Not to mention, I think Roselle is a friend among vampires at least, so actually stood up and reprimanded the other alphas for treating us like they did. Snuggling closer to her, he nuzzles her under her jaw.
