I only use stamina refills when there's an urgent dungeon that I need to grind, mostly Tamadra or Predra. Sometimes I'll use them on more common dungeons or descends if I'm feeling particularly impatient.

I'm sitting on 120+ magic stones haha I've been saving almost all stones since the (Lunar) New Year event when I splurged, but I did roll a couple of times and also spent a few stones on stamina refreshes (200ish max stamina FTW).

At first it was super hard to hold back. But after a month I no longer had the urge to use stones for the most part lol which is good for me since I'm non-IAP and am waiting for PCGF, which should come in late May/early June (I don't feel like focusing on galas now haha it's inefficient at this point for me, but I'd rather get a sprinkling of monsters for different teams xD)

I've gotten two of those new metalit things, I don't think I have anything I can use it for just yet? And I finished the hero dungeon and got the highlander guy. And I got Wonder Woman from the event and I'm happy enough with her. I also got Voice evoed, but not the form I wanted, but I still don't have a high enough team cost. x'D

Metalits aren't really worth anything on their own. They're decent XP fodder but that's about it. The real advantage is that the dungeon itself is worth a lot of EXP for ranking up (not nearly as much as the descended version, sadly, but still good), so you can grind on it to fix that team cost issue of yours. :P

New MP monster is essentially a Light Kali with the added Leader Skill effect to create drumming sounds when moving orbs.
