There is a knock at ml1201's door!

"Yo. I'm here for like, my pet and stuff." A buff looking Gooper stands there dripping slime everywhere. The mouse starts flexing too and jumps on the ground, running circles around the Gooper. They fist bump and strut off.

A few days later a packet arrives.

"Hey man. . . Can I like. .. have my pet please?" Hero's ghost comes out and checks out the Gooper. The Gooper puts some sunglasses on the ghosty and they high five and take off together.

A few days later a ball of ectoplasm appears on Hero's doorstep. In it is a photo and a present from the Gooper.
