xD I shocked my new PAD friend (litterally made a friend ON pad!) when I sent him a present on the japanese game. I got that little dark moon dragon thing and he got a snowglobe. ugh so unfair xD

I got Gainaut from the new multiplayer dungeon yesterday. (I probably spent too much on retries...)

On the one hand, 791 stat total + Multi Boost + 10xATK leader skill YAY!

On the other hand HOLY CRAP THOSE EVO MAT REQUIREMENTS. @.@ Needs Hurricane Volcano Dragon (not bad), Samurai Zaerog (@.@), and Lifive (@.@). Transitive dependencies include all five of the Samurai Dragons (annoying but not bad), Zeus-Vulcan (ugh, when is he going to descend again, I'm not using up my level 99 one), and Awoken Dancing Queen Hera-Ur (likewise). And that's not counting the four red dragon fruits, the green dragon fruit, the four fire orbs, the light orb, the Devilit...

The anime is finished, it's still very popular in America, no new games are really coming out for it, Viz is just really hungry for any additional revenue coming from the games.

Aamir is fun. Before I got Dark Izanami, my best sweeper team was Aamir - Carbuncle - Carbuncle - Beelzebub - Athena - Aamir. 25xATK with two high-ATK double-TPA monsters (in different colors, to help avoid getting orb-screwed) meant that team could punch through dungeons really fast. Alternatively, I could sub a couple of my best healer-types in order to pair with a healer leader like Awoken Amaterasu, or a couple devils to pair with Lu Bu for a spike damage active, or I could switch the subs to address specific needs of a dungeon, et cetera.

Now that I've got DIza and pair with Kanna, 14xATK and four heavy-hitter subs instead of two means I'm putting out roughly the same amount of total damage with more active skill options with better flexibility and survivability, but Aamir lasted me a long time.
