I can do military time. But it takes me a bit to figure out the times.

My husband used to be military and some of the companies that I worked with required us to use military time. Either on paperwork and/or for our payroll.

I wondered that at first too, because it was a penny auction and it felt like trying two things for cheap. Maybe it's something like that?

I bid for the two of them until i got my hand on a sebastian set and then i just continued with the virgil one, since i have one sebastian i probably shouldn't try to snipe it tomorrow morning but who knows maybe i just feel like having another.
