Yeah, there are three ways to beat Keeper of Rainbow. Either be strong enough to take it out in 5 turns or less, have at least 22201 HP, or use a leader with a "may survive a hit" skill like ogres or some serious damage reduction like Odin (you need at least 4401 HP with Odin), and make sure to be at full or near-full HP before you get attacked.

Edit: Odin is a particularly nice choice because his 2000 HP/round auto-heal means he'll bring you back up to full before the boss can hit you again. Even before Odin picked up the auto-heal, having 500 HP/round from having a single auto-heal awakening on my team was enough to make things feel like I could manage staying topped up with heal orbs.

I get to 49 or 50 but always die at the end. Either I can't take Hera out without using skills, or Zeus gets me at the end because I'm left with a terrible board.

I can get to Hera mostly-consistently as well. Most recently I used a 15x team (Santa Claus Hera-Ur and Awoken Horus) but I dropped an orb by accident on round 49 and barely pinged Hera instead of finishing her off, and her follow-up attack was enough to take out the rest of my remaining HP.

I'm tempted to try a dual-Aamir team, but I'm worried that even at 25x I won't be able to take down Zeus with two of my sub slots bogged down with carbuncles.
