I believe it says "Befriend <NAME>" rather than "Add friend <NAME>" if that helps?

It's under the "Friends" box, on the lower left.

Or I can type in the person's name on my Contacts and friends page, I did that for Okirin. XD Thank you though~

I've sent you a little welcome gift~ I know it's not much but I'm gonna be saving more aurum for an avatar contest soon. It would be awesome if you'll be able to participate :) I'm going to make it a color contest using just commons, this way newbies can join in on the fun also! I want to make it fair for everyone.
