Subbed is nice, but I feel like I can relax more and just watch when an anime is dubbed. You do need good voices, though, if you do that.

I agree, I think it depends on the English voices as well. Esp. if you watched the Anime mostly in dub than switch to subbed and your expecting the characters to sound remotely the same. Or subbed to dubbed.

I haven't kept up to date with Sailor Moon. Had always hoped they would release the last season in English..

Had that call before, DK.. it's a scam I believe. Never had any issues with mine when they call and don't think Mircosoft, the real Mircosoft, would just call one person.. they would fix it and let people know the program has a patch available to download.

OuO well we'll be getting Sailor Stars this time (the 1992 old anime) Viz is redoing the WHOLE old anime! They even kept her whole transformation speech! Before with DiC and Geneon or who ever had rights to it ages ago, they just had "Moon Prism Power!" but Vis is gonna do "Moon Prism Power! MAKE UP!" x3 and the new Usagi Voice for it sounds really cute doing it!

It was DiC that did the 1992 English dub of Sailor Moon or the first season I believe. Probably won't see it over here for a bit after you guys get it but glad Sailor Moon is getting a reboot, one of the Animes that badly needed it and they shouldn't change the names, etc unless DiC translated them wrong but the Manga has the names the same so I am sure it will be still be Serena and Co.

The manga re-distribute by Kodansha has everything as Usagi, Mamoru, ect.. due to the first US distribution/translations by Tokyo Pop using DiC's anime names. They are using the REAL names. not the fake ones made up back then because people didnt think we could be smart enough to pronounce 'Usagi'

Did you know, Usagi Tsukino means Rabbit of the Moon, and that Usagi's hair is supposed to simbilize a rabbit. And that she originally came from the moon goes with the story of the Rabbit that lives on the moon xD you'd think it'd go after the story of Princess Kaguya but they used that story for Luna's Side story which was turned into the Sailor Moon S movie.

Rei, and Ami pretty much stayed the same because they were easy to pronounce. Minako was shortened to just Mina, but Makoto was turned to Lita, Usagi to Serena, and the Game shop dude's real name is Matoki which was changed to andrew or andy or something.. =/ i forget.. and his girlfriend turned into his little sister or something..

and Viz said the names are gonna be just that, Usagi, Mamoru, ect... =) they arent changing anything! <3

Dic had the first 2 seasons then Geneon took over for the others. then again when DiC had the 'first season' they combined it with R so Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon R in the US back then was just Sailor Moon >< -kicks her old vhs's out the door-

I didn't know that they were keeping the original Japanese names though. That's awesome! I liked the name Serena that was chosen for her, but obviously the original is always better!

I always like the original names because half the time there is a reason for them. Like Usagi being a 'moon' princess/moon rabbit. kinda hard to call her a rabbit with the name Serena xp

My birthday was fine until pervert showed. he preordered the 2 new upcoming pokemon games for me then handed me 40$, did his 'usual' ordered us pizza and then left.. (like always he eats most of the pizza too D<)

and every time he stays that long... i end up sick the day after =/

other then that it was an ok day. due to mom's cig withdrawls she stayed in her room all day, i played with my bluray player watching Yowamushi Pedal (Yowapeda) only to find out the next day that they only have 3 episodes left to stream.. until october that is, when the second season starts. Yowapeda had me smiling and laughing through out the day =w=

right now I'm trying to get the manga.. but with manga traders down its harder to put it into pdf format.. Manga Crawler always downloads stuff with out it's proper file names.. and when turning the files into pdfs, the numbers end up mixed up so i have to fix them. -dk is lazy and hates extra work-

And yes!! I did play X. I loved it. Much better than black/white in my opinion.

Yea I loved it WAY more then the black/white series as well. I'll be getting both, like usual. Probably Play Sapphire more since I had the original Ruby xD
