I am well enough I suppose. Twisted my ankle at work last night and worked 8 hours after that on it so it's fairly swelled and tender right now, I just got done soaking it in hot water and will be wrapping it up here to give it some support just as soon as I find my wrap that is.

Better starches than sugars. Starches have the additional advantage of making you feel full faster, making you less likely to over-consume.

yeah but they are harder to digest. I understand that everything breaks down into a sugar eventually I just prefer to eat vegis and fruits instead of starches sometimes. Especially stuff that has been bleached with no fiber.
