The base that people use in day-to-day math is 10 (that is, we count 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 instead of, say, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A B C D E F 10).

The factors of 10 are 2 and 5, leaving 3 and 7.

3 * 7 = 21.

5*5=25 contains a 5, so we've found the answer.
6*6=36 contains a 6, so it would be valid but I asked for the first.
