Serious answer: meditation, getting the events around you to keep your mind switching tasks (In a reasonable manner: 1 -2 hour intervals...)

Funny answer: There's a switch in your ear that turns control on or off...

*laughs* Yeah....meditation isn't such a big thing with me...well, it is, but it isn't. I can do it, but often I lack the desire to given a need to do something...anything really.

*tries flipping the switch* Nope...guess it's broken. Will have put in a work order to have it looked at....

...I am sure you could find one at your local shelter...but it is a responsibility and requires where you live to allow animals.
