The Anka Eggs are Chance Items. There is no telling what you are going to get in them, it is also not the fault of Trisphee if no one is willing to trade at the moment.

And it's a donation to the site, not a purchase, so there is no refunds.

Suggestion: Patience
The Egg hasn't been removed from the market yet. When that happens, you'll be able to trade.
Make a quest to get new items - several of the oldest Trisphites need to get rid of items in order to be able to trade/do stuff again...

Which one are you trying to get?

I have gotten 5 of one anka egg chance item in a row. It is a random chance, but that is past of the fun.

The good news is that starting with the next release of the Anka Egg, they will be bought with aurum instead of Runes. I'm sorry that you didn't get what you wanted this time though. RIG items are always a risk.
