The good thing is, overlayed on everyone else's aura, Dante can see a tiny bit. And to be honest, if he's not their primary target, it's more likely that he'll hit something that's not the fangs first.

So yeah, it does in fact taste like chicken, but it has a different texture and isn't as tender. I took one bite and looked at it very dubiously.

So far, only 1 or 2 are going at Dante, but I probably do expect more, or just ones that aren't instantly killed by everyone else. Although scaling walls seems to be a good idea now, just to not get bitten...

Rurik and Thomas probably have the upper hand in this mess. I'm not sure how Lev's going to be able to handle snakes; he doesn't use anything besides firearms, and catching them and tearing them apart paves the way to being bitten. While his regen is pretty good, that's still a lot of venom.
