I touched something metal that was super cold once and it burnt my hand.
It hurt so much.

My leg is very swollen right now, and red, and scabby, and feels on fire.

That is weird. If it's cold urticaria, maybe you should try taking antihistamines.

I looked up cold urt-something-or-other on Wikipedia. It's apparently an allergic reaction of some sort. If the anti-histamines work, then you know that's likely what it is.
