Work and work we have been getting ready for inventory, when they count everything in the store. My coworker a younger one is driving me nuts.

There is no way to explain it except she is being her self. A lot of them are and I am not naturally a friendly person and can not command bubbliness that easily. The one that drives me the most insane is a younger girl who tries to follow policy but really we just end up arguing. I tend to be able to get along with some of the older employees since I have my fathers mind set where as she tries to follow the rules but still complains and bitches and tries to figure out a way to avoid working. Ugh.

Aw, i's one of those people. :c Well, just do your best to keep a level head with her, getting in arguments isn't worth any trouble she might cause.

XD honey it is hard. Though I am sure you would not pretty much call me a liar in front of a line of customers. So today our Floralist was organizing stuff and I gave him my scan gun since I had a crap load of people to check out. I called her for help and she comes up and starts to check people out. Our manager comes over the head set and says that the floralist needs a scanner to help locate items, I say that he already has mine. She gets on the head set and goes, No she didn't Mark, she's lying. And I'm like wtf the guy just wasted five minutes of my time to figure out how to get it to work. So I tell her yes I did, the customers just watched me do it. She just tried to tell me no I did not again and ignored me.

She sounds like a brat, honestly. Especially because you're older than her, you've worked there longer than her (I'm assuming), and know how to help the florist out, and yet she still calls you a liar. Is there any way to tell your guy's boss about her, or is that not allowed?
