cause its her house and we live here -.-; we just pay the internet and phone (joined together) oh and the rent we pay each month

Then her logic makes no sense to me at all .-. Why doesn't she pay for it if she is the only one to use it?

cause she barely covers the bills we have as it is -.- even with us giving her money.. she just sucks at handling money

Then maybe someone else should handle the money? I mean, I realize she is your mother, but if you are all throwing in your money, she shouldn't be wasting it. You guys have lives you want to start and every penny counts.. Maybe I am just raging I will hush now. x:

nah you are fine. We try to help.. but shes .. stubborn. We are still saving money i hate saying it to her but we say we never have money D; but if we said we did she would get us to buy stuff.. i get it sometimes it is stuff we need but not always
