Mizuki knew that Thalion was right. The moment the clerics would come into the room he wouldnt hear the end of it. No he was sure that he was going to hear all about it and more though at the moment he didnt care. The only thing that he cared about was the fact that they were both alive...be it they were a little worse for wear but that didnt matter. No life did and as such they both had that.

After that moment he did fall asleep and even though he did the sleep was anything but easy. No because of the battle that had taken place he was on edge and he had a reason to be. He noticed everything that went on around him from Thalion explaining to Neimi that it was not his fault where Mizuki rested to the clerics moving him once more to his own bed. All the while Mizuki frowned. He didnt want to be away from Thalion though he knew the males side needed to heal and with him rested there he was probably hampering the healing process.

After that day the rebuilding began. Repairs was one of the main things the camp did. Lucky for them the battle had taken place aways from the main homes. So repairing was only a short couple days works. Though Mizuki really didnt know much of the status on the camp as he was forced to stay in bed. Due to the spell he used while his body couldnt move he caused himself some nasty nerve damage. That plus the wounds from everything else he had orders that he couldnt move.

However as time went on days turned into a week and Mizuki was getting sick of sitting on the cot in the cavern. He had the childeren come and see him as well as Thalion and others but due to the damage that was done he needed to stay in his one place until the nerves were healed. It was like asking a fat kid not to eat. Mizuki did not want to comply. So he began to take note on what cleric did what and for how long. He was planning his escape, Mizuki wanted to go home.

Sitting there he watched everything happen before him. It was the same old thing. The clerics coming in checking his wounds before magic was used to heal some of his nerves. Nerves were tricky things. They couldnt be all healed at once though left untreated they could do more damage then good. So each day a group of nerves was healed...though the healing got to him every time for it hurt more then he could explain and the half the time more then he cared to admit.

Either way after the clerics left from there batch of healing Mizuki made his plan happen. Even though he panted from what had happened he moved. Slowly at first with his legs regretting the actions but none the less he moved. Mizuki knew that the time it would take to get home was going to be long but at the moment he didnt care. He had the thoughts of being home with everything he cared of...what more was there to ask? Though he knew the moment Neimi found out he was doomed to hear nothing but rants. Though that was far on his mind.

It had taken him some time...longer then he cared to admit, to make it back to the house he called home. By the time he reached said house his forehead was licked with sweat and his brow was scrunched in pain and concintration. Panting Mizuki moved the last little bit needed with a hiss. It would seem to him that even though the clerics began to heal his legs there was some places that still needed to be done and he found that out the moment he began his walk...and he regretted it though there was nothing that he could do now.

Mizuki growled a little to himself as he entered the small shop and home. He was glad at the moment that the place seemed to be quite...so that meant he was alone right? Great all the better to him then at least he could have some peace to him self for a little while. With that thought he pushed himself some more. Walking through the little shop he entered the house beyond and was glad he was right to being alone. Making his way to his room it took longer then expected but the moment he laid down on that bed his lights were out and sleep claimed everything that he was.

It was true Mizuki was ordered to bed rest after that stunt he pulled. Plus due to the stunt some of the wounds were taking longer to heal then they should. Of course it was a day or so before Neimi gave up on keeping Thalion still. She was content enough with him being still for a few days let alone any longer. Granted she still was on his case to take it easy because some things were still healing. Probably a warning that he ignored, or couldn't comply to as he had to watch over two kids and a few other things. Granted he did take a bit of the warning to heart and avoided doing repairs like he wanted to do... just for now though.

Not like he got a lot of free time to work anyway. Between the children and checking on Mizuki it was taking up most of the time. Plus the number of times that he took the two with him to check on Mizuki. Really he just wanted the healing process to be over with already. Things were still on unsteady grounds and there were small fights still broke out across the lands. It would be a matter of time before the humans figured out what to do for a new ruler.

On top of all of that he was counting his days before someone sent to fetch Mizuki. He was probably suppose to or expected to return to the wood elf area after this mess was settled a bit more. Granted he had to admit a slight curiosity on how Damien had managed all this time. He had stayed behind when they last left due to obvious reasons.

None the less it was getting late into the day and Neimi had two trouble makers for the moment a Thalion sighed shutting the door behind him. Tired was a word for it. Drained might be better though he couldn't put his finger on why. None the less forcing himself to move again he started working on whatever was for dinner before stepping away a moment. The idea was to toss some water on his face or something, anything to shake the lake of energy he had for the moment.

Though this was about when he noticed Mizuki still sleeping in the bed as he smirked a little shaking his head at the sight. Walking over to the other he sat on the edge of the bed and moved a hand brushing some of the loose strands of hair back. "And that explains a lot.." The drain of energy, probably from Mizuki getting here. He knew Neimi didn't bring him here cause she had her hands full. Leaning a little he kissed Mizuki's forehead lightly before he started to get up to leave the other to sleep.

The moment Mizuki had reached the bed was the moment he was dead to the world. Being in the one place that he wanted to be his mind finally let him rest and sleep came easy. Though the day moved on and he stayed in the bed. The trip was a long one to him and one that took some energy that his body needed to heal. Sleep was the best thing that he needed so he slept for a long time.

It was not until he felt the little dip in the bed and his hair move did he give a little sigh. The males words and the light kiss to his forehead made him stir finally. Blinking open his eyes he looked to the side just as Thalion moved to get out of the bed. Reaching up he grabbed the males hand with light fingers making Thalion stop.

"I couldnt help it" Mizuki said as Thalion sat back down and looked at him "If im forced to bed rest...I want it at least to be OUR bed and not some old cot in a cave..." He said with a little growl. This was when his ears dipped back and his eyes grew a little sad "I didnt want to sit alone anymore" He said lightly. Besides the moments the clerics were there to heal or Thalion was there to visit he was alone. At least here he had a better chance of company.

Shaking his head a little he gave a sigh as he moved his hand from Thalions before he turned back into the bed. "But I guess I should go back before Neimi gets to me..." He said lightly. In a way Mizuki actually thought that he should return. There was healing that still needed to be done and some that he was not looking forward to. The nerves in back and neck were going to be the most painfull to heal and Thalion would feel that soon enough.

He stopped as he felt a hand grab his, though he had to laugh a little as Mizuki said he couldn't help it. "I never said I blamed you did I?" Wasn't that the truth, Neimi had been lucky to keep him still for a few days let alone how long they had kept Mizuki there. All because they didn't want to move him, in a way Thalion could have told the lot of them this would happen sooner or later. Mizuki had complained of how much he hated it there each time he visited.

He shook his head a little watching the other. "Well.. you could go back." He started. "Or seeing as you're here already you could just stay here. I'll deal with Neimi." Seeing as he could deal with her better then most, though probably because he had put up with her living with him for so long as it was. He hardly paid her rants any mind really. She could threaten him till she was blue in the face and it wouldn't make any difference.

"You're right though.. if you're forced to bed rest you should be here. But at the least I think I'll go take care of telling the healers where you run off to before someone has a panic attack." Not like they could protest to him moving and causing more damage, he had already moved. Might as well keep him here. Leaning a little he kissed the other again lightly. "Just get some rest and stop worrying about being alone."

He was here now so thats all that mattered, really Thalion had wanted to bring the other here some time ago but the clerics seemed to insist it was better he stayed where he was. Not that they could say anything about it now. Though this was when the front door was heard and it sounded like Neimi. He rolled his eyes a little at the thought. "I'll go deal with this now before she gets into a panic." Though the sound in her voice as she spoke made him laugh. "Or it could be too late for that."

Either way he left Mizuki to rest and shut the door behind him as Neimi paused seeing Thalion. "Its Mizuki he-" "Is sleeping like he should be." Neimi blinked a little before scowling as she started but Thalion silenced her right away. "He needs sleep and you and I both know he had not been getting much of that were he was staying." "Yeah but .."

"So he's better off here and it would have been better if the healers had agreed to bring him here days ago instead of him getting fed up and walking here." Neimi started to exclaim that he did what as Thalion shook his head a little. "There isn't a point in moving him, if anything this is closer for the healers to have to get to then where they were keeping him."

After calming her down she finally did agree, though she knew against Thalion she wasn't going to win anyway. It was settled that she would go tell the healers were Mizuki was and that any further treatments were to be done here. Though she knew Thalion did have a point odds were Mizuki would recover faster here then if he had stayed in the cave. Not to mention a few selfish reasons of having the other closer.

"Where are the kids?" Neimi smiled as she stated with Raden and Felix. He sighed a little before going back to check on the pot he had left. Though Raden was a bit better with them now that they were older, it was more of the fact that Felix seemed to get them into more trouble then he thought possible for a adult and two kids.

After that day everything went on as planned. With Thalion speaking to the clerics and Neimi he was able to stay at home and he was happy about that. As time moved on he got better. Each day he healed more until he was able to up and walk and move by himself alone. As those days went on they turned to weeks and weeks to years as the kids got larger and older. Though with that came the all to real effect of Nytrias magic.

As the years went on Mizuki was summoned back to the capital. The duties of a king needed to be continued. As such Thalion and the kids fallowed him as well as some others. The fact that they were uprooted after everything made the group a little tense with each other but time moved on. Now three years had past since the war and the group had been at the capital for two and half years of it.

Before it was to late it was decided that Nytria needed to train that magic. So Mizuki took it upon himself to do just that. Since he had years of training and in many fields it was the best choice...at least to their thinking. So that was what he did and he did it his way. The way he was trained for he almost knew nothing else.

Training was hard and it took hours out of each day. It was a long and tiring process but one that needed to be done. Right now the two of them stood in a room. With Nytria being six now it was easier for the young male to train. "Again!" Mizuki said looking to the panting Nytria before him "Papa...im tired" The little boy said and Mizuki huffed a little "I dont fancy repeating my self" Mizuki said with a little glare.

Mizuki knew that he was being harsh but he felt as though it was needed. It was the way he was trained...you didnt stop until you phically couldnt continue and right now Nytria could. "Again." Mizuki said to the young boy and watched as he stopped slouching with a glare. The young male had little burns that could be from extreme cold or fire littered up and down his arms. The tricky thing about frost fire was until you mastered summoning it, it would burn or freeze everytime.

So that was the first on his list. The young male needed to train in the way of merely summoning and keeping the flame alive though if you messed up in the slightest the spell would flare and back fire attacking its host. Mizuki stood there and watched as the young boy grew angry. With a glare he cast the spell and right away he was ready for the back lash. However he was not ready for the anger behind it.

Mizuki watched the blue and white flame cover the young hands. As the flame grew larger Mizuki could feel a cooling heat from where he stood. The young boy before him smirked a little though that smirk fated as the flame sparked a little. Mizuki barely had enough time to cast a spell and guard himself from the spiked flame cringing at the scream from the young boy. Yep...he hated fire magic.

After a moment or two he ended his ice spell and looked over to Nytria. The young male was standing slouched and breathing heavy. Burns and frost covered his arms and down a young chest. Mizuki was shocked that the young male was still standing. Most would be down on the ground by now passed out yet here he was standing before him.

Mizuki stood there and looked at him "Can you continue?" He asked in a stern voice looking to the child. Nytria panted as he stood there and it took him awhile to stop shaking before he righted himself "Y...yes" He said lightly and Mizuki nodded his head "Then what are you waiting for...again!" He said and he watched the young boy cast the spell. This time there was control behind it for awhile longer then what he was used to. Though it soon ended and with that the training.

As soon as the fire was gone Mizuki called for the medics. The young boy now had burns and frost covering his arms and chest with a little creeping into a young face. Mizuki moved over and picked the young child up. The boy hung limply in Mizukis arms as he carried him to the medical ward. Sending word to a guard. Thalion needed to know about Nytria and his condition.

Three years, it felt like far longer if anyone asked Thalion. Being forced to go back to the wood elven capital. The last place he wanted to be really. Though he knew why Mizuki had to return. He knew he couldn't just let the other go either.. after everything they had been through the thought of being apart was not a happy one to say the least.

Never the less at the least things weren't so bad. Apparently the group of them accompanied Mizuki to the capital. Granted Raden was part wood elf and Needren was wood elf so it made sense for them to go. Neimi and Felix hardly had to come. Though Neimi said she wouldn't let the two of them out of her sight that long so they could run off and get killed or hurt again. Felix was just bored probably, besides that he was a good fighter to have around to same the least. Then there was Luna, she never left Mizuki's side no matter what anyway so that was no surprise.

As the years passed Mizuki trained Nytria to try to get him able to control his magic. Though he seemed to struggle with its control almost as much as Thalion remembered his own as a child. It was painful to watch really and he normally avoided doing so as the boys sister stayed with Thalion during the long training sessions. Though a number of times from the condition Nytria came back in Thalion had warned Mizuki that he needed to watch how far he pushed the child.

Though it seemed that those warnings had been ignored as he was in the library with Belquiri. He found he ended up here more often then not with the girl. More often also was her conning him into teaching her how to read some of the older tomes that were held here. She was just getting to the age of mastering one language let alone knowing almost three by this time.

This session however seemed to be cut short as the guard Mizuki sent out had found the two as he walked forward. Waiting a moment Thalion crossed his arms annoyed at the fact the guards always waited to speak. "Well out with it." He finally spoke up so the poor guard knew he could speak, by now you'd think they'd drop the formalities. That was when the news of Nytria was told to him and that the boy was currently recovering and under watch the the clerics in the medical ward.

Belquiri looked up at Thalion worried as she tugged on his shirt sleeve saying she wanted to see her brother. "We're going.. and I need to have a talk with your papa as well.." He said flatly before he said the guard had delivered the message and he could leave them. The other soon did and after he quickly made his way towards the ward.

After a bit of a walk Belquiri entered the room her sibling was in and rushed to his side as she seemed to have a pained expression on her face. She seemed to know more then she let on though.. it was possible the two of them were linked as well it was something Thalion had been toying with in his thoughts by how the two acted. Though he didn't bring it up without any proof.

Though this was when he saw Mizuki at the child's side as he glared a little before walking over to him. "We need to have a talk..." He started though Mizuki started to say something. "No we need to have it now." That was when Thalion turned and walked out of the room. Normally their talks they had were in their room so no one would bother them. They had a few as of late.

Everything really, Thalion hated being cooped up here and he hardly felt like going out anywhere seeing as that meant he had to have guards with him. Heck even with Damien being around again the older knight was no where near as annoying as some of the guards here.

None the less he waited for Mizuki in their room where he would remind him once more that pushing Nytria was not going to solve anything. He didn't disagree with training hard but there were limits and surely Mizuki had seen warning signs to this happening.

Mizuki stood there beside Nytria's bed as he watched the young boy breath contently. Bandages covered most of his upper body and the smell of herbs was thick. Turning his head Mizuki watched as the door to the room opened and Belquiri came in. The first thing she did was go to her brothers side with a pained expression. Mizuki had thought the same thing that Thalion did many times.

With the way the two siblings acted it was a thought that crossed his mind more then once. Yes the connection could been there between the two of them and the more time passed the more Mizuki was sure of it. Even though he wouldnt stress that. Not until he knew for sure and that was something that needed to be tested in time.

However Mizukis thoughts ended here as Thalion entered the room. Mizuki could tell not only from the way the male spoke and walked but from the link that he was pissed. To be honest Mizuki was expecting anger yes but to be this enraged? "We need to have a talk..." Thalion said and Mizuki sighed "No I have some-" Though his words were cut off as Thalion growled "No we need to have it now." He said before he turned on his heal and left the room.

Mizuki sighed a little but non the less fallowed the male. Mizuki knew what was coming but he had a deffense this time. The young male agreed that he could continue its not like Mizuki stood there and forced the male to cast the spell. Mind you do to the curse and the young males anger Mizuki should of knowen better and he knew this was going to be the argument that would come from Thalions lips.

Fallowing the male they entered the room and Mizuki closed the doors behind him "What is it now..." He asked in a brisk tone before turning to Thalion "There are things that need to be dealt with" He said sternly. Over the last little while the happy couple had turned sour. Everything building up between the two it was a matter of time before something blew and Mizuki had a feeling that time was soon.

What is it now was the first thing that left Mizuki's lips? Really? He had the nerve to say something like that when he nearly just caused their own son to kill himself from the looks of it. That hardly help his already short temper at the moment. Things were sour between the two of them for a number of reasons. It probably should have been a warning sign that Thalion had more then a few things on his mind. Things that needed to be dealt with long before they got to this point.

"Oh there are huh? Like you deal with our son?" He growled a little crossing his arms in a huff. Mizuki knew the extend of Thalion's anger and rage and with the link it was all too easy to read. But to be blown off now like he had done nothing wrong or what he had to say was no important? That hardly helped any of this. Mizuki was right in thinking that something was going to give finally and that it was soon, maybe sooner then he thought.

"So care to tell me how that happened?" He started before Mizuki spoke up the boy said he could go on. "So you trust the word of a child?! Mizuki you are one of the strongest mages here and you couldn't tell how much energy he had left or how much damage he had done to himself already?" He could always tell with Nytria had pushed himself so he knew damn well Mizuki could tell.

"You're suppose to be training him, every time I see him there is another burn somewhere. I get the point of training hard but the boy is six, not even." Yes Thalion was ticked and it was everything he could do at the moment to hold the spot he was in. He knew he had to control his temper and he was trying the best he could at the moment but it was a quickly losing battle.

Mizuki growled a little "Oh yes our son" He said as Thalion spoke. Though he paused a moment as he spoke again. Thalion asking what had ahppened. Mizuki shrugged his shoulders a little with a glare "Training is not easy Thalion you know this" He said a little "I asked him if he should continue" Mizuki said "Training is not all about what you can do...but also knowing when to stop" Mizuki said with a growl.

Mizuki could tell the male was angry. Oh yes was he ever. Mizuki on the other hand only had anger because of the link. Other then that Mizuki was frsutrated. Though this was when Thalion spoke again "You're suppose to be training him, every time I see him there is another burn somewhere. I get the point of training hard but the boy is six, not even." This caused Mizuki to growl "Yes and by this time I knew double what he did!" Mizuki said in a growl.

"The boy needs to learn and learn fast" He said with a hiss as his fists clenched "I mean unless you have forgotten...I kind of have a time limit" Mizuki said to Thalion though this got a questioning look from Thalion and he growled a little "With out his training...who knows how fast that curse could take him from me" Mizuki hissed out. Now he was angry.

Thalion was pissed, it wasn't even really because of this. It was just everything up until now boiling down. He had kept his thoughts to himself and kept saying Mizuki knew what was best for Nytria. But for the moment he was hardly thinking calmly about anything. Mizuki should have known better then to even continue this conversation if you could call it that anymore. Being linked to Thalion he should have seen what was coming.

The more Mizuki spoke the worse it got really, there were already flecks of red in his eyes as the other seemed to have excuse after excuse. The part Mizuki brought up about knowing twice what Nytria knows at his age. That pretty much finished any logical thought he had left. So was that it? He was expecting Nytria to be as good or better then him? Expecting something like that from a child who's magic could kill them?

None the less he almost ignored the last comment of a time limit barely paying it much mind as he slammed Mizuki against the wall behind him. "Without the training, what about with Mizuki?! You'd rather make him kill himself instead?" He snapped still keeping the other there and all the while the few flecks of red soon took over the normally amber colors eyes.

He hadn't lost it quite yet as he was still talking but it would happen soon enough and there was little Mizuki could do to stop it at this rate without attacking the other. "You're right he needs training, but not all races work like yours as far as magic and master goes." He started still keeping his grip firm on the other ignoring if even hearing any protests at all.

"He has no limit! You say it's part of the training well with that curse there is no limit, the limit is whenever the body decides it can't hold itself together anymore." He growled slamming the other into the wall again. It was the truth though, there was a limit yes but not at the same time. The simple fatigue could case the same reaction of loss of control really.

Though by this time Thalion had lost it as he stopped talking. He didn't even know he had lost it till it had already happened and the last thing he remembered was yelling at Mizuki that there was no limit to learn. No now he was holding his head and felt like he got sucker punched and a good one at that. Though he soon figured out why that was as he noticed Mizuki was out cold with a mark in the same spot that was paining him.

His ears dropped instantly as he started to move towards the other but stopped midway of reaching his hand out. He did it didn't he? Even if he didn't remember doing it he knew he had. He still felt some of the anger from before as he drew his hand back and looked down as he was on his knees when he came to. Heck he was in mid swing of another punch now that he thought about it. If he hadn't of come to he would have.. He would have killed Mizuki.

He stood finally as he stepped back a little almost appalled that he even lost it that far. Had he waited too long? To not remember doing something that was.. wasn't a good sign. He needed some air or something at the least to get away from the other for the time being. He had some luck as he nearly ran into Neimi in the hall during his slight rush.

"Is something-" She started before he stopped her and told her to go look after Mizuki. He also told her to tell him he was sorry. That was all he left here with as she watched him walk down the hall though it was strange he almost seemed like he was scared of something. There was never a time she could recall where Thalion ever looked scared.

No he did need some air and space, he didn't want to be near anyone in case there was some backlash to the remaining temper he had still. Even as a few of the guards spoke up that he had to have someone accompany him he spoke up if any of them followed him he'd personally kill them without hesitation. Apparently his warning worked. Not too long after he left the castle was when one sent word for Damien being probably one of the few Thalion's threats never worked on.

It's not like he was going far.. he was going back to that pool where he had seen his father at before. It was a place far enough out of the way he could clear his head and think. Plus not be bothered by anyone as it was a bit out of the way.

Mizukis next comment died on his lips as he slammed into the wall with a arm across his neck. Mizuki growled bringing his hands up he grabbed the males arm though it wouldnt budge. "Without the training, what about with Mizuki?! You'd rather make him kill himself instead?" Well that was harsh. That was not what Mizuki wanted. He wanted the male to train and learn so that didnt happen. It seemed the two clashed at that.

Mizuki was about to say something giving a comment but the words died on his lips as he looked into those ember orbs before him. Well...what was left of them. Red flecked through out them almost completely covering them. Thats when the sudden flow of rage him and Mizuki gasped but it seemed the male was not finished with his words "You're right he needs training, but not all races work like yours as far as magic and master goes." Yes few did Mizuki would agree to that.

The realationship between master and student in the wood elven region was a hard one. You never gave up until there was physically no way to continue. Mizuki had lost count how many times he awoke in the medical ward when he was a child. So the fact that Nytria had only been there once said alot even if Thalion didnt see that.

However he growled a little as Thalion spoke "He has no limit! You say it's part of the training well with that curse there is no limit, the limit is whenever the body decides it can't hold itself together anymore." He would train him even if Thalion said it couldnt be done. Forcing the male to learn. To Mizuki that seemed the only way. If one trained long and hard enough success was to fallow. Everything came with hard work.

"Thalion you need to calm down!" Mizuki all but yelled at the male before him but it fell on deaf ears as he was slammed back into the wall again, his head slamming back. That hurt...Mizuki thought as he growned though looking up his eyes widened. Thalions ember orbs were no longer ember...no they were blood red "Thalion!" Mizuki said as the male stepped back.

Right away Mizuki knew what was coming. As soon as the male stepped back and he saw that fist clench he knew. Though he also knew that he had no where to go. No he was trapped between the wall and Thalion. Even as the male moved his arm crabbing his robes he couldnt move. Bracing himself he closed his eyes. Just as he had the punch came and he gasped.

Such force was behind that fist that the last thing he felt was the hard knuckles of the males hand connect with the side of his head and he was down and out. Falling over he fell like a sack of potatoes. Hitting the floor he skidded a little his other cheek burning into the carpet below.

Neimi rushed to the room only to find Mizuki out cold. "Mizuki!" She squeaked before rushing to his side. Well at the least it seemed like it was just one strike.. that was good she knew Thalion and the damage he could have done. She breathed out a little before rushing to get a ice pack together to keep the swelling down before it got worse. After that was set she moved the male so he was laying down properly and went to go get some help to get him out of the floor.

It took a little bit but he was moved to the bed and when someone asked what happened she scolded them for asking as she quickly sent them away. Lucky for her she might be young but she was considered a rather high rank among healers. Along again she sighed a little before questioning out loud more to herself then anyone. "What happened between you two.." She sounded a bit sad at the thought. They use to be so close.. even she had noticed that the two seemed to drift almost drastically at that.

Thaalion paced almost furiously after he got to the pool before he slammed a fish against a stone that was covered in moss and plant life. "Damn it all!" He finally snapped a little before resting his head against the rock. He did need to calm own and it seemed almost impossible at the moment. He felt horrible for what he had done but he couldn't bring that emotion out strong enough to counter the still boiled up anger.

Nytria did need training, there was a limit but it wasn't one that the boy would learn at the age he was at. Even through training Thalion never learned his limit, it wasn't till many years later did he even figure out what limit he had and if he passed it or went to close then he'd end up paying for it. Though it seemed that limit was shorter then it use to be.

Maybe he had waited too long, Mizuki was going to end up dead if he didn't watch it, he was probably lucky he even felt the pain from the other. normally when he lost it like that he didn't feel pain at all. Though this time was different, he didn't even remember losing it. At that thought he dropped to his knees finally feeling a bit defeated, ticked still but defeated none the less. He needed to fix this.. if things went on he'd just end up snapping again if not worse.

Though this was when it seemed his alone time was at its end as a voice he had not heard in a while came to him again. "Even with having a way to fix this you do nothing? You know what will happen if you keep going like this." Thalion moved a little glaring at the figure near the pool as he stood once more. "So you come back just to lecture me? Tsk.." He hissed out before the spirit spoke again.

"There is a chance your son will be cured as well you know.." This was when Thalion looked at him taking a step forward. "What do you mean a chance? Either it will or it will not." "A chance as in I don't know, there is a chance it will make the curse stronger in the child as well." Thalion growled at that thought a little not liking the sound of that. "So how much do you know then?" He snapped a little, his temper still short.

The spirit shrugged a little being in all of the former glory he was in life. "That you married and had two children, and the marriage is the start of uniting the two kingdoms once more." Thalion huffed a little at the way he put it so simply. Though that so called marriage might not last much longer. They might both be royal but Mizuki was the one with more power here.

"I also know you are wasting your time here. You know what you need to do and you have waited as long as you can to do it... unless you want a repeat of what happened to day I advise you take my words for what they are worth." There was a stern hint in the otherwise calm voice this time. He knew the old man was right, but he really had wanted to avoid going back to the city.

It had taken an hour or better before Mizuki stirred. Though as he did he regretted it. The headache he had was one that could kill a horse. Groaning he moved a hand to his held only to place it on an ice pack. Moving the pack he sighed as he forced himself to move. Sitting up he sighed a little as he cracked his neck "That hurt" He said as he rubbed the back of his neck.

This was when he opened his eyes and looked to the side only to see Neimi "What the hell happened!?" Was the first thing he heard and he cringed at the volume of it. "A fight" Mizuki said lightly "Though I deserved it" He said after a moment. He did though...Mizuki knew he should of stopped when he had the chance but he continued. Yes it was stupid of him but hind sight was always twenty twenty.

"Clearly..." He heard from the female before she asked what it was about. "Something that needs to change...thats all" He said in a pained whisper. Yes there was something that needed to change and Mizuki knew that. There had been a thought that rested on his mind. One that had been there for a long time now. This just seemed to be the deciding point in the matter. "Neimi...leave me be" He said to the female though as he got some protests he turned a glare to her "Its an order" He hissed.

However that hiss was met with a glare as the female stood and left in a huff. Sighing Mizuki moved and left the bed. Heading for the bathroom Mizuki went over to the mirrior and cringed as he looked in it. A bruise that was in the shape of Thalions fist rested on the side of his face. Reaching up he lightly touched the dark blue and black skin. He knew the male hit him hard but not that hard.

Shaking his head lightly Mizuki moved and undressed. Running a bath he selected his herbs from a shelf to the side before throwing them in the hot water. Soon the smell of lavender and mint filled the room. Taking a deep breath Mizuki calmed himself down before moving and sitting in the tub. His thoughts were deep and dark though there was another conversation that himself and Thalion needed to have.

Damien had figured out where Thalion had stormed off as soon as the guard reported to him that he was threatening to kill them if they followed. Though he still had a long walk to get there. Probably lucky for Thalion as he never did prove if anyone else could see this spirit or if it looked like he had lost it finally and was yelling at the air before him.

"What else then?" He finally spoke up after a bit of silence. "If it could cure Nytria's curse what else could it do?" He meant like what were the side effects or what negative could come of this besides this could make the curse that much more worse on the child. Though the reply was hardly anything that he wanted to hear as a I don't know came to his ears. Well that hardly helped things any if at all.

The longer he thought about it the more he thought that Mizuki should take over with training Belquiri instead. Thalion knew more about the effects and what limits to push and what not to push on then Mizuki seemed to understand. Even if Mizuki was the better spell caster of the two of them. But it seemed Mizuki was determined to push a limit that should not be pushed till the child was older. Not that he thought he could talk Mizuki out of it now. He sighed a little before finally turning and walking from the pool.

"You know you won't have a choice if you keep avoiding it." Though Thalion never said anything further to the spirit as he kept walking. He knew that but at the same tie it was either do it and things go well or there was a chance he risked his own child's safety. This was a headache on it's own and he hated it as his temper was still flared a little. He couldn't make it go away for whatever reason. Probably a side effect.

None the less he was planning to stay out for a while. Though that while turned into a few hours. The last bit he ended up running into Damien who seemed to question why he had threatened to kill the guards trying to do their jobs. "Long story short.. I needed some air.." Was his repose as he kept walking. Though odds were that Damien picked up on what he meant by that right away, his temper still riled a bit meant there were still minor hints of red left over.

Not that he had made any mention of this letting Thalion have his space as they walked back. Though Thalion paused once they got closer to the castle as she seemed to think on something he had been worrying about for a while. "Mi'lord?" Damien started before Thalion shook his head a little. "nothing." That meant something but it was something he wouldn't say till he felt like it.

None the less he finally started walking again. Though even then he had half a mind to just avoid Mizuki for the night he didn't really want to see the result of that punch now that it had time to settle in. Though once he managed to get to the hall that led to their room he was lucky in the fact that Neimi wasn't there. He was half expecting the young female to be there expecting answers. Even so he paused after getting to the door.

He could still just avoid this for the night, not that it would help matters but least he wouldn't be risking a repeat of what happened a few hours ago. He sighed finally before opening the door and shutting it behind him. Though he stayed rather close to it just in case Mizuki started off yelling right away. Right now he could not deal with it.

Mizuki had been standing by the fire place as the door opened and Thalion walked in. Mizuki said nothing as that door was closed and the male just stood there. So many things were on his mind that he didnt know what to say. Though he knew the first thing that needed to be done. Dipping his ears back Mizuki turned his head back towards the fire "...Im sorry Thalion" He said lightly.

The room after that was still silent so Mizuki continued "You are right though..." Mizuki said lightly "There is a limit...I guess I just dont understand" He said lightly with a little sad laugh. "I never knew anything different then how I was trained" He said "From a young age all I knew was pain was success" He said with a little laugh before he sighed "I lost the thought that Nytria was my son...not student" He said lightly.

This was when his ears dipped all the way down and he crossed his arms lightly over his chest "I have had a lot to think about...and there are so many things that come to my mind" He said lightly with a little shake of his head. This was when Mizuki paused a little before spoke again "Are...you still happy...Being with me?" Mizuki asked lightly with a little shudder.

That was one of the main things that blackened his mind. Over the years they had drifted apart and Mizuki could see that. Never spending the time they should together. Their words became short and with anger behind each one. Mizuki often felt the anger or confusion of the male. The frustration...all of it was something that made Mizuki think what he did. Then the fight earlier. It was all a little much to him so he had to ask. He needed to know for if the male was not happy the best thing would be to leave...wouldnt it?

He was waiting for it, the yelling or whatever was to come. He was expecting the worse. Really he was prepared for it but at the moment he wouldn't be able to handle it and he was going to just walk out before it got worse. Though the words that left the other's lips were not what he was expecting. Sorry? Why did .. he was the one who should be saying sorry. He could have done far worse and he knew he needed to calm down long before it got to that point.

Wait what was Mizuki saying? He stood there listening to the other. Mizuki spoke saying he never knew any other way to train the way he was trained. Though it was what the other went on to say that made Thalion know that Mizuki meant what he was saying and wasn't just trying to agree to save another fight. Forgot Nytria was his son and not just a student. Those words hit more close to home then Mizuki knew, especially with the encounter he had not a mere hour ago.

It was something similar that had caused him to hate his own father so much. The grand fire mage was rough on any of his kids if they had some spark of positional. Thalion never did tell Mizuki exactly why he hated magic as much as he did. Besides the obvious reasons of wanting to avoid it due to that curse, he also had been forced to train it as a child. A method of forced training that never did any good in the long run and it produced the opposite effect of Thalion ever wanting to even think on becoming a mage.

It was the next words that made Thalion wish he had just stayed away from the room though. Asking something like that. Did he really make the other think he wasn't... Thinking over everything that had happened in the past year and a half, seeing as thats when things were at their worse, he didn't really recall when the last time they really did spent time together. His ears dropped a little at the thought of it.

When did they last spend time together besides just being in the same room? Let alone when was the last time they had a just normal conversation. Most of them if not all ended up with them almost to the point of fighting before one or the other walked off. Heck even at nights they were in the same room but seemed miles apart.

He shook his head finally though he wasn't sure how to answer that exactly. "It's..." He sighed finally Mizuki probably reading the frustration behind this already. "It's not you, it's just everything. Over the past three years I have no idea where things started turning around at." Though that hardly answered the question as Mizuki seemed to go back to watching the fireplace with a defeated look on him.

This was when Thalion finally moved and walked over to where the other was. This was when he really saw the bruise on the face of the one he was suppose to love. He was lucky he didn't do worse then just that, there could have been a burn instead or anything. He started to move a hand towards Mizuki's face but as the other flinched he stopped and lowered it taking the hint.

He stepped back a little still having a hint of that temper from before and the flecks were still there so Mizuki had a right to want to avoid him. "I am still happy." He finally said. "Even if I haven't been the best at showing it." Though with that he started to turn a little. "Either way, I'll take my leave for tonight.. maybe we can talk tomorrow."

Though really he was trying to leave the other's sight before the thought of Mizuki flinching from him really got him. It hurt seeing that probably more then he wanted to admit. The last thing he ever wanted to do was hurt the other. Heck in his mind it was better he stayed away from the other until this seemingly lasting effect wore off. If it wore off, he wasn't sure if it would go away or not at this point.

He did pause after managing a few steps as he thought of something he had meant to bring up before. "Just.. maybe take training Nytria a little easier. Belquiri complains of headaches the days you take things too far." That's all he wanted to say. A few days he couldn't even work with the girl because of how hard Mizuki pushed her brother. She tried to struggle through it because she seemed to be a sponge for knowledge but at times he had to tell her to just rest with how badly she cringed and complained of some sudden headache.

He was pretty sure Mizuki saw the two were connected or guessed at it. If not he really had been more blind then he thought. Either way he had said what he needed to and he was going to let the other get some rest without worrying that something was going to happen during the night. Rather that was his plans anyway, maybe check on Nytria and Belquiri who was probably still at her siblings side before he went about trying to find some way to disperse the temper he still seemed to have that he just couldn't shake.
